Why me?

I teach communication at the college level, and I've spent over 15 years as a licensed cosmetologist.

Along the way, I've studied and worked across business communication in the beauty industry, creative arts, luxury industry, education, and corporate settings. That range shapes how I coach: I understand the version of client trust that shows up behind the chair, and the version that shows up in a boardroom, and most industries fall somewhere in between.

My research focuses specifically on communication in the beauty industry, so this coaching comes from real conversations, not just theory.
